Postition of Flexation Ultimate lig stretch

If you are like me, you want to get lig pops ever workout casue when I do that I feel like I am actually doing something, the cool thing about this is you can do a variety of different exercises with it, Poly Blasters, Blasters the A-Stretch, V-Stretch, or just do a basic stretch.

I feel that a lot of gains can come from here, this is what I have been doing a lot, because no one really gets these lig in that area, eveone just stretches from 12:00-6:00 all the time, and jelqs in that same way as well. By hitting this stretch, you go out of the ordinary and into a new taget area that you never have worked before. If you are like me you have been doing Penis Enlargement for 1-5 years and just hit the same thing over and over, well, our ligs and tunica are prety worn out I would think, that is why a lot of gainers dont gain anymore. By hitting a new taget area of focus, you can get new gains from a untouched area of ligs and mabey tunica.

This has a lot to do with POF training that I have been doing in my workouts, postions of Flexation, it is about getting the ulitmate stretch in each target muscles area. To get the Full ROM (Range of Motion) to recruite enough miscle fibers, while similtanoeusly getting a full strech from a area of muscles that has not been worked befrore, due to the the way you do exercises. You want to hit the right number of exercises in order to hit all the fibers in such a correct way to respond.

DLD PLYO Blaster

The Exercise

Put on foot up on a chair or just stand up feet flat on the floor take your hand and go around and under your right or left leg and then use the reverse ok grib, right under the head, and pull hard, back and forth, side to side, you should feel popping or sort of lig compression going outwards.

But to hit the POF, you want to hit the most unworked stretch first, which would be the ULS (Ultimate Lig Stretch) so you start with that, then work to a mid range such as Poly Blasters, in a SO postion , then a Tunica a A-Stretch all done in in the I call it the Reverse (9:00 Stretch)

So here is a routine

How to do the POFULS

Basic Stretch 30 seconds, BTC, getting lig pops
Poly Blasters 30 seonds, jeking method BTC
A-Strech DLD Pulse 110's 30 seconds BTC

Repeat that as many time as you want. But go in that order. I have been getting great workout from these. Thanks to DLD for the Poly blasters and Sliced Beef my bro for telling me about the POF workout

So you do the Plyo blasters straight out, and then the POF thing straight back? Like BTC?
 
I started doing behind the leg stretches just the other day. I haven't tried all the varieties that you noted, but will eventually - thanks!

I gotcha. So Plyos, A stretch, and normal stretches straight back while moving side to side?
 
Basic Stretch 30 seconds, moving penis side to side, getting lig pops
Poly Blasters 30 seonds, jeking method while going side to side
A-Strech 30 seconds moving side to side
 
Im gonna try that tonight, those three straight back. x 5 to 10
Then do tunica at over (9:00), the same exercises. x 5 to 10
And some jelqing, so lets see how it turns out! =)
 
SUPRA, Have you noticed any difference in frequency of erections since doing the Plyometrics?
 
Its hard to say man, mabey you can help, I am on all the IGF and Cialis, so I dont know, and I dont want to stop taking the drugs, what you think?

Hmm, I still got this damn lesion on my head, so I am just doing Lazy's till them, I am wating on Ancient China for some more info as well

Bacitracin is the fastest way to remedy the lesion problem. I would also avoid all wet exercise. As long as you position your glans so the lesion is not being aggravated L.A.'s should be fine.
 
Well I just had the biggest lig pop of my life, on my second set on teh A-Stretch my penis made the POP!! It was great man
 
The Poly Blaster with BTC stretching is the most effective way to stretch and to get bast length Plauteus. The reason why. No one ever stretched BTC that often. Added into the POF set up is a truely origional design.

Very true...range of motion is an important part of stretching. I think that an approach that encapsulates PLYOMETRICS, RANGE OF MOTION, and BASIC STRETCHING is the most effective method for gains. The same theory can be applied to TUNICA gains too.

Have you tried my TUNICA TRACTIONS STRETCH yet? That is the bomb-diggity of TUNICA stretches.
 
I have added in the DLD pulse 110's to these, the POF Principle has really taken off since I have done this. I do the Pulse 110's in the A stretch.
 
SUPRA, are you pulsing the stretch from behind or just holding it there?
