Guess what. Breast size responds to stretching. I remember reading an article in a magazine about a special bra that used a light suction over the course of many hours in a day and many weeks to pull the breasts into a slightly larger sized cup. The gains seemed to be permanent.

Of course imagine having to wear that contraption.
