I ordered the stealth stretcher Oct 26 2022. to this day it hasn't been shipped yet, support said they're still waiting for parts but I find it's been delayed for long. has anyone else ran into this same issue recently? @DLD? anyone? help is appreciated

i'm mailing them([email protected]) every weekend. I kinda find it odd it's taking this long when every other stuff I bought arrived fast within a week. I'll email them again in 2 more days to give them more time
