Holding back ejaculation cannot stunt your growth, instead it will help you get harder erection since you won't be masturbating too often.

Ran this by my doctor and he said that there is absolutely nothing dangerous about not cuming. I told him that I refrain from masturbation and asked when I should release because of the danger of holding back, he laughed and said it is a myth, no danger in not cuming.
