Sleeve offer for posting a review…..

I’ve received two separate offers for a 5 sleeve, for posting a review for products purchased. The offer is very generous, and I gladly posted two separate reviews for the items I purchased.

Never heard anything back, about the 5 sleeve that was offered.
Has this happened to anyone else ?
Has anyone recieved this offer and seen the sleeve offered sent to them ?

I apologize in advance for putting this question here in this forum, just couldn’t find a more appropriate one.

And the saga continues….
I sent a couple emails after I was offered the sleeve for posting a review. No response !
I then made another purchase and left comments in the message area of the purchase regarding the sleeve and to please just put it in with my purchase. No sleeve, no response !
I once again left a review at the site praising my purchase and product. No sleeve no response !
I sent emails to both addys you provided-no response !
So I make another purchase and explain in the “special instructions “ area of the purchase to please include the sleeve that was offered.

Well fuck me…..my latest purchase arrived to day, and guess what ? Yup, no fkn sleeve.

I guess there’s no issues with me spending money at the site, but why follow through with something offered if I provided a review.

Guess there’s no real need to leave any feedback for this purchase, even though I did get exactly what I ordered quickly.

Hate to be a “Karen” but does anyone there give even 2 shits about customer service !

There is no need to use profanity and harsh language, and this attitude of yours in relation to this. This will not solve anything. I understand your frustration. But please keep it professional and civilized.

I’m sorry, and I do apologize for my anger and language. Thank you for understanding my frustration.

Honestly, instead of trying again and again to have the item sent to me that was offered. I should have just paid for it to be added to my most recent order, after all I think the Silisleeve5 is around $18.
Again, please accept my apologies if I offended anyone.
 
I will try to get hold of sakes but I believe the review offer was taken over by the 15% off. I know you can't use 2 special offers at once. I will find out more
 
DLD, don’t spend a lot of time on this. I thought after the 1st review I did, it would just be a cut and dried transaction. But soon after, when there was absolutely no correspondence from my messaging the site…. I should have taken it as a forgone conclusion that the offer was merely a ruse to have folks leave positive feedback after their purchase. There an old saying that kinda goes like “ fool me once” and I think we all know the rest. What is really troubling, is I wasn’t even afforded a simple email in response to the multiple messages sent.

I commend the service provided when purchasing, and the reasonable pricing and variety of products. I don’t agree with expecting potential repeat customers to leave positive feedback for others to rely on before their purchase….myself being one before my 1st purchase by offering a bonus for sharing the experience and then not honoring the offer. ✌🏻
