Sizegenetics Scam

Hi there ive purchased the sizegenetics extender and the hexagonal pistons dont seem to submerge under the cylinders regardless of what size piston i use or whatever combination i use,i messaged support and they just said i was doing it wrong i sent videos and no reply, was just wondering is this normal for size genetics to do,ive purchased sizegenetics 3 times with all the same issue the hexagonal pistons don't submerge and the tension is therefore never increased, just wondering what the solution is here do i just go do another company?

I have not used extenders (have only tried Phallosan Forte), I am just trying to help you. It sounds like something is broken.
Quit your bad attitude.

Okey you bought the extender at SIZEGENETICS.
It's not MOS responsibility if you buy your devices elsewhere.

Demand a refund if the device do not work.
 
as i said above they say as soon as you open the device it cant be refunded so i purchased the device again and again and they say the same thing can you see why im coming across as its a scam if you'd buy an item it and didn't work and they said your doing it wrong and then say we wont refund you just buy another youd have exactly the same attuide its not bad its just reality.

Don't buy there, anymore.
Buy instead from MOS Shop.

I understand you completely. I had a similar experience with Phallosan Forte. I understand how you feel. But Phallosan Forte where helpful, they even sent me a new bigger suction-bell for free. But they would not offer a refund.

Maybe SIZEGENETICS do not understand your problem?

But what I will say is:
If you had bought the device from MOS Shop and this had happened to you, they would have helped you all the way.

MOS Shop even give you Screenshot_2024-01-15-13-31-37-10_e4424258c8b8649f6e67d283a50a2cbc.jpg for many of the products they sell, for these kind of things.

Either way you would have gotten help with this problem from MOS Shop, if you bought from them.

I bought a total of 4 SG before I found MOS. You should trash the device and get yourself a length master.
 
You guys aren't answering his question.

@seta231A the device looks fine in the video. Have you tried wearing it? Put it on and turn the screws as normal and then see if there are any issues. It looks like a perfectly fine Size Genetics.

Happy you got in here and helped. I have no experience with using an extender (but I want to try).
