I feel like Goldilocks and the Three Bears trying out their sleeves.

The small one is too tight. It fits well but after half an hour or so, my glans start to be cold and numb... I'm scared to fall asleep while wearing it.

The larger one is comfortable but it is too loose and I end up slipping out from it.

Something that seems to work is large sleeve+cap. The cap is making my shaft a bit thicker and provides a much better grip to the sleeve making it impossible to slip. The downside of that setup is that it compress my head... I would prefer to let it breath during the night...

Any suggestions?

I wouldn't go with the latter method, using the cap compressing the glans all night is asking for trouble.

Try to persevere with the small sleeve, but wear it during the day, or evening as a trial before night, so you know how the penis really does react.

Ensure the blood from the glans is squeezed out once the sleeve is on, just be patient and experiment while awake first, before you move into the sleeping zone.

If this keeps being an issue for you, maybe try using the ACE wrap.

Assume you make sure your penis isn't oily, or got creams on it. If you got MOSgrip use that on the shaft then apply the sleeve. If you dont want that, use a product that maximizes grip, some gripping powder.

those are good suggestions. they make me think about another way. Haven't you not found out that placing the thicker side of the sleeve at the base more comfortable?
I think that there is a good chance that this is the setup to go for me too...

Yes, placing the thicker end closest the base worked well for me. I tried it at the glans end, but found the thinner part when near the base became creased too much from the night turning.

I'm going to give that option a try tonight and report back...
I just wished that 7/8" diameter sleeves would be available....

Ok, so I made the test with the 0.75 sleeve with the ticker side at the base. It was much more comfortable that way. I felt asleep with it and some slight discomfort did wake me up 2 hours later. The head was a little bit numb and this did made me decide to remove the sleeve for the rest of the night...

The feeling wasn't bad enough for me to be worried to wake up with a black penis or to find it having falling apart during my sleep... it was just a question of comfort in order to have a good night of sleep. Therefore, I feel that playing with that is safe.

I guess that with some more finetuning, I could find the ultimate combo for my size... Of course, the ideal situation would be to grow some more so that I can fit well into the 1" sleeves...

Yeah, its just experimenting to find the right comfort zone. I wish that it was like just getting something perfect fit each time, but with penis enlargement devices, gadgets etc you always find "room" to maneuver, because of the different sizes, everyone is different somewhere along the lines.

I deffo reckon a new size is in order for sleeves, that will bridge the gap. Even better would be, if MOS in time, creates for its subscribed members (a subscription service is due for sleeves each month) sleeves that are made to measure for the flaccid penis.

wow. what an awesome idea. a Monthly based subscription for customized sleeve. They could send an email reminder a week before sending you a new sleeve to measure yourself so that the next sleeves sent fits you like a glove everytime and they get bigger as you grow as well....

Idk how complex that would be and how expensive customized size sleeve production would be but I would definitely be willing to pay for an extra for that...
