First off, hello all I haven't been on here in sometime though I have not stopped my Penis Enlargement.
I haven't had much gaining because I've been more in a research/discovery phase of my Penis Enlargement, trying to decide what works and what doesnt etcetera.
Anyways my friend had just finished with "the P90X" workout program and his results were ridiculously promising.
I could careless about my weight because I am happy with my body(just want a bigger dick lol).
So I kept asking questions upon questions on how it works. Basically its a shitload of different exercises foreign to your muscles at certain times and points confusing your body therefore working to perfect your body.
Through study and surfing the internet on penile information and here of course on various exercises and my own little things I like to do I've decided to come up with a routine.
I gave it the title as stated above for the fact I won't do it for 90 days so I just felt 7 days would be enough to concur whether it holds worth or not depending on what I see upon my 8th day.
So anyways, I tried to see what diff things I can do throughout the routine using manual exercises.
I am not one too focused on girth so this doesn't hold much for you girth go hards.
Day 1 - 20 sets of 30 sec. bundled mandingo stretches,20 sets of 30 sec. bundled A stretches, and 20 sets of 30 sec. downard sock strecthes. I alternate between the 3. Eg: 1 set of mandingo, 1 set of A stretch, and 1 set of the downward stretch then it will repeat to the mandingo and so on and so forth.
I prefer not to do them altogether for the reasons I personally feel if its all done at once, the work being done will minimize throughout your day, whereas if it is seperated the penis will be in more of an elongated state for the same amount of time but spread out(penis ADD).
Day 2 - Basic bundled sock stretches. Right left up down and rotary. 15 sets 30 sec. each and I will alternate amongst as so on day 1. For length purposes I feel these basic strecthes are the foundation to length gains.
Day 3 - My favorite the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. The most effective manual Penis Enlargement exercise in my opinion. I have no set time for this for I do it throughout my day, I am very unorganized while doing this exercise because I enjoy doing it and as you do it you can visually see your penis get fatter and thicker. Also IMO it does play a aprt in length because no matter what it is growing. So I guess do as you please
Day 4 - repeat day 1 (sorry for shoddy preparation)
Day 5 - Hang for at least 30 mins throughout my entire day. I do not know and/or remember the title of this exercise but I will explain. You are to grab your entire package, make an ok sign around your scrotum and penis and stretch. 20 sets 30 sec. each
Day 6 - I will continue my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] in an unorganized manner. Also perform erect stretches. I will do upward and straight out 20 sets 30 sec. each.
Day 7 - Repeat day 1(lmao, I really like that day)
So thats what I've come up with and will put it into effect as of tomorrow. I am dedicated so this will get done. At the end of my 7 day trial, I will see if there are any differences. Yes I am aware that 7 days is a very short time, but temporary gains do come and with temporary gains comes real ones. Also I will do this twice to just make sure it works, or is a failure.
