hi guys i live in iraq and im 24 and my routine is just 15m jelking + 15 m stretching, just by my hands and im asking for 4 months and no gains and im just wondering if i keep do pe for 3 or 4 years only manuals , is that possible to gain 2 inch im just 5.5 and i care just about length

I started out with only manual stretches and girth work and gained 2 inches in length and 1/2 inch in girth. I did this following the mos dvd. This is available for free in the main forum as a sticky.
