alright...
i'm just finishing up DLD's phase one after adding a week because i was cheating towards the end. this is pretty much just my post to get me involved in the community more so i'll be more dedicated to my workouts. my goal is 8.5x6.5 (rougly) and i'll be here until i reach it!

I know how you feel Radiohead! Hang onto that pissed off attitude and use it to your advantage, but don't hurt yourself in the first few weeks with intensity you're not ready to handle.
