No hes not, is just sound waves. Simple as that. Remember Nikola Tesla allegedly developed an "earthquake" device which though sound waves could amplify certain frequencies over and over to the point of shaking a whole building. This is exactly what I am talking about, he made sound like it was as easy as programming LED light from your PC.

Gainswave doesn't do much for PE gains, none for length, It only increases blood flow; more bloodflow means a slightly fuller look.
