I purchased a Mity Pump kit, which came with the Mity Sleeve back in May. I used it every other day for the first week, lubricating with coconut oil.
after 7 sessions the mity sleeve Tore/Split and failed. I reached out to buymos email for a warranty replacement, with no reply. DLD said to send it to his email, which i did, but did not hear back again.
Is the mity sleeve warranteed? Should i receive a replacement? I've been using without the sleeve which sucks and hurts. Cuts my sessions down considerably.
