Yes it's possible. But you need to go in hard and never give up. Always increase the intensity progressively.

The progression of gains we should probably never do. But you can gain substantial amount if you're dedicated to the program.

If you have a broomstick, Power Assist 2 or preferably the LENGTHMASTER 3, your gains will happen faster with the right program.
