Male-to-female ratio

I've always heard that there were many more females than males on our planet. The Ratio I heard most often was 4:1. However, I tried to look more closely into the statistics and I found the opposite: male-to-female ratio 1.01 : 1

It all depends on the area your in. I know for a fact that
Calgary Canada has a 4.7 to 1 Ratio Women to men. And let me tell you they are friggin HOT!!!!!!!!!!!

That does seem a bit high. I know that in San Jose, CA the ratio isnt that great if you're a guy.

Who cares what the ratio is anyway? There's enough to go around
