Thats what I have said I think before somewhere....If the suction of the vacuum could be reversed so it pushes air over the penis while inserted instaed of sucking it than it would be a pump....however I think that the sucking action could be benficial in Tunicae stretching...flaccid in my case as theirs NO WAY my erect cock would get anywhere near the inside of the tube....fir is too small...otherwise I would try it as I am open to any possiblities.

Yes, a "pump" draws a vacuum. There probably is a difference between a hand pump and an electric vacuum in how low of a pressure it will produce. Odd as it may seem, a hand pump can probably draw a lower pressure. Electric vacuums are meant to draw a lot of volume but become inefficient when air flow is static.

Now the problem with a vacuum against your skin is that you are going to produce a massive "hickie." The blood pressure will literally squeeze the blood to the surface of the skin if the skin is in contact with a very low pressure.

That's why squeezes are probably better, at least cosmetically. There the pressure is against the tunica, which is not the outer layer of skin.
