Just ordered a product, never showed up and shipped to wrong address, still having heard back from mattersofsize.com... Been couple days, I guess do to holidays slow delay...

But can't really do anything with support, decide to contact here...

Ok, just got an update, supposedly the package went to wrong house next door, neighbor just dropped it off, thank you!

Gotta work on communication though, I had emailed the company soon as I received the package yesterday, despite notifying the company, they're still mailing out another package, it needs to be stopped.
