I can personally second vouche on Riga, Latvia. This one chick from there was all over me like 2 summers ago and as usual all these guys were beating off to her. i have also hung out a lot with chicks who were hot from Lithuania, Russia, and Belarus. At least the ones Ive had/seen anyway. I dont know what the typical scene is. IMO there are a lot of hots ones but also ugly and everything in between; like in most cultures.
I am fairly certain people in the younger generations will pretty much all speak English, though knowing at least some of the native languages cant hurt.
