Does exercising post-PE workout slow down progress?

So I mostly do cardio when I'm working out and I'm sure as many of you already know, your penis is going to turtle because all the blood is going elsewhere where it needs it. Lately, I've been hanging weights, jelqing, and then going straight into my cardio workout and it got me thinking if this may impact the progress I made.
 
I cant see it drastically harming it, however, as cardio is needing the blood to different organs, might be wiser to do the PE when not so close with cardio.
 
For my experience doing any physical activity before is something good since it boost blood flow in general and you can restore blood flow to your penis with some jelqs straight after the workout... BUT doing that after a PE session it makes my penis turtle A LOT... especially something I stopped doing is hitting the gym after PE cause it makes it shrinkle.

I was going to say the same thing.
 
Cardio immediately after male enhancement training should be OK. If you plan on cardio before ME training, consider waiting a few hours after cardio to train ME for best results.
