People that says they're fucking depressed I Know that shit could be real or not maybe is a chemical imbalance, maybe is emotional" or whatever but why the fuck they believe they're going to live Whit that burden over the shoulders,tragic life, well some people can get over it,some don't..but some people develop that shit because a few bad things happened to them and they feel like the unluckiest, saddest humanas on the planet and think that their "scars" would be a reminder of their suffering.

Believing that depression would never go they'd just have a different view a different way to see it and understand the issue

You don’t have to forget the scars but you do have to let go of the past. Holding on to things of the past is very irrational. Those things do not exist any longer so there’s no reason to give them credence. I know the things that of happened in my past that are bad, I don’t forget about them but I no longer hold myself responsible for them either. Every day’s a new day and I like to look at life like that

I’d like to see every day as if it was Easter! Every morning we wake up we are giving a new opportunity to walk in the light! Once you step in to that light it’s pretty hard to go back to the darkness.

Oh my goodness that was 12 years of hell. I was in the psych ward every single year for 12 years because I could not get over the depression. I was always suicidal in life just sucked. I got to say that God my family and the brotherhood got me through this and made me so much stronger because of it.

Too many of those, and I would think about how it would cheer me up if I doused them in lighter fluid and struck a match.

Sometimes you're depressed because your life sucks. Sometimes it's a chemical imbalance or some identifiable medical problem. And sometimes it just *is*, for no reason at all, like cancer. Would they tell a cancer patient to cheer up and get over it? [sigh] Some of them probably would...

I went through more than a decade of depression, at the level of "would just end it all, except I can't muster enough go to make it happen." And then it went away, as mysteriously as it arrived. Maybe it's in remission, like cancer.

Meanwhile, I have a can of Ronsonol and a box of wooden matches, just in case.
 
I’m always thinking about you and praying for you. I know how badly do you want certain things in your life and I pray that they happen for you. You’re such a good brother and you’ve been here for a very long time and show so much patience and support for the brotherhood.
 
Well depression is a terrible nightmare a never-ending nightmare whoever deals Whit that I just can say that they have to overcome that, you're a great man Mike,n I think about you too because I feel somehow someway I feel identified Whit you, I don't know why but I do LOL, the forums I love them, and hope you keep on sharing your love n experience...Now I know the almighty helped you to beat that shit n now you're the one that can show the guys here they can beat depression too...
