I discovered something last night whilst doing an intense girth workout.
Please forgive me if this is already a commonly known technique.
I found that when standing whilst doing girth exercises, if you crossed one leg over the other (keeping them straight), it helps to trap the blood into the penis and even pumps a bit more in. When aiming for some hardcore expansion, I found that this helped.
Though, one is best to be cautious at first so as not to damage ones penis from too much blood pressure, although I did not encounter any such problem.
Doing this tactic after some good Kegals really seemed to do the trick.
