first of all let me thank you everybody for all their posts here, they've been a great help for me in the beginning. Please read on!
Over the last few weeks I've been going over pretty much everything here on the board. My priority has been mainly to devise a perfect routine which would suit my time schedule and work most effectively at the same time. I've been able to come up with the following until now and I've been following it for some 3 weeks now.
MY DAILY ROUTINE (so far)
(just a list, details all come from the board. The times are all adjusted to my possibilities.)
● 2 - 9 hours of stretching with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] (traction 1200g, stretching 1-2cm beyond my EL)
● 15 - 20 min of using [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] (with DLD's Girth Blasters)
● 20 - 30 min of doing Slow Squash Jelqs (equals some 600 - 800 SSJs)
Now I would like to ask you guys one thing: Could you please go over it and tell me you opinion whether this is a good/working routine? Will this prove to work effectively if I keep it up? Does it promise to add some nice (and possibly fast) gains? If not, why not? Would you change or add anything?
Please just tell me what's on your mind - I'd be grateful for any replies! Cheers everyone! rofl
