Anyone that uses the clamps wonna comments added to guide?

I am makeing a simple TXT guide on clamp work.
ALL exercises I know, along with tips, what I haveb gained and insight also.

Still'' is also helping with this.

I was wondering if anyone else here that DOES clamp work wants to say anything about them .... or any new exercises they have made with the clamp? tips etc etc.

If so than PLEASE PM me with this, so I can add it to the guide.
Its gunna be finished hopefully tommorow.

It will than be uploaded to a thread so yaz can D'L' it.

I am nearly finished it now.
All I gotts ta do is add the exercises, which wont be hard ... I write it all up from my mind, no copy and paste..its all done and tested by me.

I also waiting for any stuff other clampers want in their, preferably copy and pasted and PM to me or Post it here.

I will be updaeting the guide from time to time as peeps want things adding to it and stuff happens.

Well Red, youre pretty much the 'guru' on this stuff. The guy with the most experience and gains claimed from it. I like everyone else interested in big girth gains look forward to seeing this guide put together. I would like to see you really give the details and feedback on what exercises you feel have contributed most to your girth gains.

You could do something like give a couple examples of routines. Maybe an all clamp work routine and then a routine using some clamp work and some manual girth stuff. Thats an idea I've been toying with lately. I'm going to give it a balls to the wall shot tonight in fact. I'm going to be doing 20 minutes or so of intense clamp work...sqeezes, neck breakers, etc then, 20 minutes of intense manual stuff like horse squeezes, ulis, short jelqs and alternating back and forth between the clamp work and manual work.
 
Yes, theirs lots of stuff in it, like the history of constriction, safety tips, how it works...all that is done.

I have to do the exercise and comments part next.

I will include ALL clamp exercises I use, plus HOW they work and tips on them, that I use.
Will give an example routine of what I do.
I have already completed the part of what has been the biggest girth builder for me.

Will include your neckbrakers and links to pix as-well.
