I wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to @Lightning and @DLD for their amazing customer service and products. I have ordered quite a few products from MOS in the last couple of months. With all of these new releases, how can you not? Well, I had a couple of small issues with a couple of products. The first was that I noticed the MityVac wasn't holding suction. Low and behold, I found 2 small hairline cracks in the top near the valve. I let them know and they sent a replacement without hesitation. Also, when I received the SiliStretcher after placing an order, the loop at the end came out after trying to hang some weight off of it. Again, they sent a replacement with an upgrade to prevent this from happening again, and they threw in a few goodies for the inconvenience! Top-not customer service and human beings! Absolutely could not have asked for a better experience and I just want to let the Brotherhood know how great they took care of me! I appreciate everything and love you @Lightning and @DLD !
