Personally I got a thicker solo-sleeve, folded into a double loop and just partially wrapped at the base. You can explore try to cut little extra pieces to add at mid shaft.

Dick also gets used to the lower blood flow at some point, just to be extra aggressive beware!

hey! so instead of pulling the foreskin back and then trying to have the sleeve stretch out straight down, you rolled your sleeve into half its size and then put it over so its not actually reaching the glands?

I find the sleeves very tight to get on in the first place, I'm not sure how I'll manage if i've to double it up to half the size. which sleeve are you using in the second pic and does it feel like you're staying stretched wearing it for a few hours?
