if i notice gain in length
is it always real ?
should i begin decrease in frequency of jelqing gradually
untill i stop ?
or it may be unreal gain

Focus on your routine. Whatever gains you are seeing right now is temporary. Avoid measuring your penis until you have trained for 90 days.

Yes. This gain is what we called "potential gains". Your penile shaft is already conditioned to be stretched and expand at this specific point. However, the body will fight back through tug-back, regressive preservation, and natural restoration to return the body back to its prior states. You have to fight against that DNA programming to cement you potential gains. The body has to yield to its new conditions.

Why do we have to continue? Aging cause our penis to regress, like it or not. This is why we keep forcing our body to maintain its status quo through maintenance PE routines, just like the rest of our body.

It's only unreal if you let the body take it back. Most of us got the permanent gains and kept them, and continue. DLD has already made gains and is still gaining through his crazy routines.
