Long road

Started stretching/hanging over ten years ago at 5.3/4” haven’t measured girth. Always focused on length. Took some time off cause feeling plateaued. Currently at 7-7.1/4”. Been using lengthmaster which is great, lot of creative ways to stretch. At first I saw gains but only while exercising. I really don’t have a set routine as I just exercise till it feels sore. Over the years I’ve strengthened my unit so I tend do go heavy weight hanging and bundle stretching 10-20 minutes long about 6 sets or so. Use heating pad between sets. And keeping it nicely wrapped basically all the time besides sleeping even though I fall asleep while wrapped but take it off. Trying to rest when I feel it wants to turtle a lot. Feeling stuck though cause I just can’t seem to stretch it past the top of my bellybutton. It’s been at this point for awhile so I don’t think I’m gaining anymore.

Thanks for the move of the info brother. Alright, let's dive into the root causes.

So, 10+ years go focus on a 1.5in gains. Got it. I'm looking at the 7-71/4" as 7.25in total.

Let's get a clearer picture on this. How long have you been on the Length Master?

Which exercises have you tackled and at what intensity? Give us the ball park values from when you started with the Length Master and were you saw as a plateaued point.

Sounds like you've placed the poor thing into too much stress loading through intense workouts. Turtling level is an indicator of how much stress you put it through. How much it turtles is dependent on how much stresses it suffered, causing it to regress to the smaller size for preservation.

Feeling stuck though cause I just can’t seem to stretch it past the top of my bellybutton. It’s been at this point for awhile so I don’t think I’m gaining anymore.
Got it. You're doing an upward stretch right now, and not downwards or sideway? Give us more info on your stretch exercise patterns, the sets, and the intensities. This give us greater info to chew on.

I’m not doing an upward stretch, I just do that to see if it’s getting past bellybutton. Been using lengthmaster for a few months.

Started new routine today. Hung 25lbs off it for about 10 minutes then lowered weight to 15lbs. Could never do 25lbs with my homemade hanger but lengthmaster is comfortable. Two sets of that then 20 minutes with 15lbs and two sets of twisting bundle stretch downward for 10-15 minutes. Then I tried some pumping to finish it off as I remember you told me to try that awhile back. Masturbation after as things looked good and felt healthy. Feels healthy now as it’s wrapped in elongated state. I’m probably just impatient as always but I’m trying to set a steady routine because I’m always switching it up.

You can do awesome stretches upward since you have a lenghtmaster

Got it. Let's give a conservative side and say you did for 4 months.

Yep. Right there is the key to overloading the tissues and continuing to max out the stress loading at the upper range of the penile capacity of soft tissue stressing, which results in rebound effects, the infamous turtling.

Let's break it down in more detail:

For one thing, you gained between 1.25in to 1.5in, or let's give it a boost to 1.65in. You probably got a bit overzealous and went crazy with heavy stretching, thinking you could push even further to get faster gains. This is the worst thing anyone can ever do. When you went too fast, your tissues built a resistance and resilient to the heavy traction force. In the medical world, there are many, many, and I mean many articles warned about PE at too rapid of a pace. 10+ years, and I'm still between 5lbs to 12lbs. 12lbs of force is short burst using my Length Master, and when I do hang, I use 5lbs to 7.5lbs max. I do test up to 25lbs for device integrity purposes for brothers that like to hang heavy, and not for my penis' sake.

This is just my suggestion at the moment, but take a 2 months decon (or simple break). However, during this 2 months of break, still wrap but switch to girth exercises. The logic behind that is to allow the longitudinal tissues have a chance to reset. Some takes as long as 6 months for the decon and max out the tissue rest phases while focus solely on girth, prepping the expansion tissues for the elongation growth down the road. There is a shift, or trade, of girth tissues to length tissues when that happens. If you switch from full girth to length, you'll shift around 30% of the girth gains to length immediately.

Something to think about at this point in time. However, you want to continue with length, let us know.

Ughhh. That makes so much sense. I’m going to take a break from stretching but when I do come back, what kind of weight should I do? 5-10lbs you think??

Once you reset, let go from there. Start with 3lbs to test the tissues' tug back effects. We want to slowly add up over time. You can use a quick downward tug at higher tension but no more than minute. The total weight force pulling down should not be more than 10lbs.

Any good girth exercises besides pumping and jelquing??
Unfortunately, that's all you can do. It's the internal vs external effects, like the length pull and tug in all directions.

You really think it’ll take that long?? How will I know when I’m good??

I would do a tug test every 2 to 3 weeks. That is a tug best? Use the Length Master for 5 minutes, doing the BTC with the bundled (twisting), not exceeding more than 6lbs of pull.

1 minute straight down
1 minute bundled BTC one direction
1 minute bundled BTC the other direction
1 minute without bundle BTC
1 minute straight down again to cool down, but the tension should be arond 3lbs

Do light jelqing to get the blood rush into the penis for flaccid conditioning. See how much your penis tries to pull back into the body. The more aggressive the turtling is, the body is still fighting back to preserve itself. If you see barely any turtling, you're ready to go.

Ok what does BTC mean?

BTC is between the cheeks, or between your butt cheeks. The acronym is also highlighted for you to go straight to the post containing all the info. This is one of the many add-ons we've installed to guide the brothers for faster access to their routines.
Also realize that BTC is the best stretching position as it truly concentrates on the ligament like no other stretch.

No. Kegel doesn't promote turtling. It actually sustain blood flow. However, you have to balance out the kegel with reverse kegel to maintain the nominal blood pressure at the pelvic region to be diverted to the dorsal region (your penis).

As old @oldandlively stated, Kegels only bring more blood into the entire penis and scrotum. The best way to keep turtle-ling at bay by using the ball and lig stretch. This gives great seperation between the base of penis and the scrotum, essentially no more turtle-ling.

Just out of curiosity, do you recall anyone in the past using scrotal massage using a vibrating seat, or known as shallow shiatsu massage pad with IR heat application?

@Haursen how's your body response using scrapper for the recent days in keeping the penile shaft elongated and plumped?

From that to now, I think it got a lot more "penis" at this point. Not sure if I'm jealous or I'm in awe. Both probably.
I got 3" after filming these videos. I was about eight and a half inches in the video and today I am, thanks to Monster drinks, I am like a foot long :ROFLMAO:
