Hi all

Very happy to find this forum, I have been searching for some serious inputs for a long time and hope for that in here.

I as all of you.. I also want a bigger tool, and my starting point is acceptable I guess. But this has become a bit of an obsession for me to make this happen.

Pump did not to the trick, but now after ca 75 hours stretching with a jes extender I have seen some small gains.

Wrapping has been a nightmare, but I am using latex strapping made from a training-band.

My starting point was:
Bone pressed= BP

Lenght / girth
BP hard 17.7cm 14.3cm (9.96inch/5.66inch)
BP in jes extender (flacid) 18.1cm (7.12inch)

Current
BP hard 18cm / 14.5cm (7.08inch/5.7inch)
BP in jes extender (flacid) 18.3 (7.2inch).

I would love to hear from one of you with a similar starting point, who finished the stretch and have some valid data on the result.
I will bee stretching the next year, or a minimum of 300 hours.

If you're looking for the Goldie Lock zone of 9in by 6.5in-ish, I think most of us are chasing after that. I'm included. It's not only possible, it's a definitely. It will take discipline and dedication on your part.

Pumping commonly focuses on girth only. There is a 10% increase in length during pumping, but pumping without expressive lengthening routines under the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory methods, you'll see very little to no length. What you expand, you must also provide lengthening support. Think about working out in the gym. If you just want to be a muscle bound titan, you will definitely get larger. But at the same time, you'll see a decrease in your height as well. Why? As you expand in muscle mass, like your penis expanding, without enforcing your height, in your penis case is your length, to remain the same or prevent compression of your bones, you'll see little to no gain on height/length and a possible loss as well.

Wrapping has been a nightmare, but I am using latex strapping made from a training-band.
Wrapping using flexible tape can be a chore. This is why we use THERABAND, or something similar. Don't use the ultra thick training-band (yoga bands). Whose high weights (5lbs and greater) creates more discomforts than good. Brothers here use SiliSleevs and DuroSleevs, in combo with the elastic bands you're using now to prevent slippage. The sleeve acts as an elongation tool, creating a constant traction force up to 1100g. The most optimal traction is around 1210g, or around 2.5lbs-ish. Any higher for long hour wearing will create dimishing return. This can be proven through various medical studies throughout the many decades.

My starting point was:

Your current tool is quite nice. The only thing is, what is your true current size. It's a bit confusing. Is your current BPEL at 17.7cm or 18cm? in either case, you're around my size, and I'm working towards the optimal size that my wife wants. It has been an interesting restart of my journey for me from 5.95in length to my current 7in length within 10 months. During that time, I also work on girth, going from 4.95in to 5.75in. I like to take it nice and slow as a safety precaution. In PE, we're not chasing our dream with sprinting. We chase it as a marathon. It takes time, and we create consistent disciplines along the way.

First - current size after stretching for 75h
Hard: 18cm and 14.6cm in circumference.

I have over the 75hrs on/off use grown ca 3mm in length and 1mm in girth.

My dream goal is a steady 20cm/16cm "tool" and reading the info in here it looks possible.

For wrapping, I have used something very close to Theraband, but struggle to put more than 13-1400g stretch - slips out. Will look into your links on this.
Im pulling with the foreskin pulled back, applying force to the head.

If I understand right, you have gained ca 1 inch (good job, respect👍) and also girth.
Did you gain girth from stretching, or do you pump/jelq also?.

The 2.5cm length gain is due to the combination of LengthMaster, wrapping, all day extender, and sleeve usages. I have to switch between them because of the heat and cold conditions.

For the girth, it's a combination of pumping, jelqing, and post routines. We use the base Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine and modify the routine according to our needs for growth.

Gains are based on intensities being put forward for the routines. If the the routines do not have progressive intensities with proper approaches in mind, the gains cannot be obtained. I hate using body building as examples, but it's the closest to be comparative to the penile PE journey.

Say, you work out using a 12kg dumbell, and noticed some muscle gains. But you stuck with the 12kg, or even upt o 15kg for a long time. The muscle mass won't gain, but trimmed instead. Same with the penis. If you stick with 1.2kg traction force, the gain is slow because it's a soft tissue, but if you don't exceed the 1.2kg for a short period of time, there is no stress loading to push the tissues to elongate or expand. Over time, your initial traction force needs to go up from 1.2kg, slowly but surely to 5kg, and then back down to 1.2kg to keep the elongation going. Some of our brothers here went past 30kg. This is not a joke either. Once your penile tissues reached a certain density, it will require quite a bit of traction force to get it started. This is why we're working on methods to trick the body for continual growth at lower traction force and low vacuum pressures. I've been experimenting with it for a while now, and it's working very well.

Jelqing alone is not enough. Jelqing has many methods of attack. Slow squash jelq (SSJ) is one that expand internal pressure, while pumping using external negative pressure to assist with the greater internal expansion volume. Downward jelq helps with elongation after the lengthening routines, and to promote blood. This is a hot buzz topic in other forums about angio-genesis. It's merely a C-jelq method used in PE for this brotherhood. It's an age old method been in usages for decades here, and going back as far as millenia in the ancient societies. You have OK jelq to promote blood flow and keep flaccid state going. Great for brothers like to showoff to their ladies. You got various angled jelqing to pull on the internal tissues while promoting expansion or cellular regeneration.

We can talk about this all day long. But jelqing, by itself, don't offer much. Jelqing, in combo with pumping and pre-lengthening stretches, will yield quite a bit of results.

Only 300 hours? I have my own logs starts at 1000 hours. 300 hours is merely the tip of the iceberg. If you are preconditioned, and use that 300 hours to tackle every aspect of PE like a madman, you can realisticallly gain 1.5cm to 2.5cm with ease. But it will take another 300 hours of the same amount of intensity to cement it completely with extra gains in the process. We are doing marathons in PE, and not sprints. Sprints with desperate measures will land you with a broken penis.

I can say that once you start seeing gains, no matter how little, PE starts to stick to you. My journey started in 2001, and it still going now. It's not about constant gaining in length and girth, but to maintain good quality erections to promote good sexual health overall, regardless of your age. I want to be sexually strong in my 70s and 80s and still pound my lady like I'm in my 20s. My wife is in her 50s, but she acts and sexualy active like she's in her 30s. Got to keep up with her.

So.. i take all advise I can get here, my goal is that 20cm/16cm size.

I will look into better wrapping, for more time and comfort.
I will look at my target instead of putting in e.g. 300h to the equation.

I also want to wait with measuring for 50hrs after I have taken my current measurements again (when i get time/hard as can be).

Wish my wife was in on this project, but looks like we dont have the same interest anymore in that direction - but thats for another tread 😄
 
Oldandlively has already said this but in a different way. 300 hours is nothing when it comes to extending, IF and that’s a big IF, you somehow manage to gain over 2cm with as little as 300 hours of extending I’ll be gobsmacked and in total disbelief and utter shock.

I extend myself for a minimum of 5 hours a day and hang weights for an hour a day and also pump doing the 5x5x3 at the end of the day after all my length work is done. And I’m HOPING that I will gain 3cm more in length come June 15th next year. Then I will have put in at least 1.500 hours of extending at 2000- 2800 grams of traction.

Not trying to discourage you nor bring you down, just trying to make you realize that all forms of PE takes months upon months of consistent training to grow, especially if you do extending only. Have read somewhere that on average it took guys 1000-1200 hours to gain an inch(2,54cm)while wearing the extender for 4-6 hours a day for about 6 months while gradually increasing the tension on the extender.

Just telling you like it is so you don’t get disappointed and stop doing PE. And believe me when I say that I hope you gain crazy fast though only 300 hours of extending alone won’t get you to your goal.

Anyhow welcome to the best PE brotherhood there is. Read, learn and put your newfound knowledge to use by adding it to your PE arsenal and stay patient and consistent with your workouts and you WILL gain eventually, that I can promise you brother.

Seems like you’ve got the right mindset now to gain BIG. And good choice choosing to do the 5x5x3, I promise you that you won’t regret it.

My will is strong, but hard to fit in more than 1-2hrs a day stretching. Jelq in the shower possible - will do. 😄

After 12 months I gained about 1 cm girth with 5x5x3!
Now I will concentrate on length again.

Well done brother, just gotta get those hours in with extending and eventually you will gain as you did.

Glad to hear your length gains are still there, it’s one of the reasons I choose to extend 5h+ everyday as according to research and studies done on wearing extenders showed that all the men kept most if not all of their length gains 6 months after discontinouing the extender use.

One tip though, try to implement a 20-30 mins manual stretching routine before strapping the extender on as it might result in more and faster gains. I do it myself only via hanging 3 sets of 20 mins each.

And I know what you mean by it being a bit too much to focus on length and girth at the same time. I choose to do so since I have a lot of time on my hands for doing so. But still it’s a bit much getting the 5x5x3 done in the evening/night after all my length work is done and I just wanna go to bed after a long and active day.

I started at 17 cm (6.7 in) nbp and reached 18,5 (7 in) nbp length.
Starting girth 13,2 cm (5.2 in) , now 14,2 cm (5.5 in).

I would like to reach 8" length and I know it is absolutely possible. But I just love the 5x5x3 routine and seing girth gains. Girth makes all the difference and the exercise is absolutely addictive.
 
One tip though, try to implement a 20-30 mins manual stretching routine before strapping the extender on as it might result in more and faster gains. I do it myself only via hanging 3 sets of 20 mins each.

Thanks for the tip. I do bundled stretches, 2 full rotations, for 10 min. before 5x5x3.
I also do them before using the extender. I beleive they really help.

I am sure hanging will speed things up even more.

Sounds good brother, you’ve got this.

Both hope and think my hanging is speeding up my gain rate as I got a new PR in my pump yesterday with 20,5cm. Very pleased with that. But enough about me, keep on doing what you do brother to make those gains.

Bro how much have you gained and how long did it take? Length and girth.
And what is your routine?
