Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Bukhari23, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

The legend himself DLD started pe by stumbling across your videos talking about PE ,feels good to be here will post my stats now n start logging ,seems perfect time to be here thanks for the warm welcome

Wow I’m so happy that my videos helped you. I’m starting to do them again this week so I hope you’ll be able to get involved with that, I call it the question of the week. Any question you have I will answer.

Hey dld ,just manual stretching now but planning on the length master soon.do u ship to Kenya ? And what's the time frame and the post here is not good if I could get DHL or any other courier and the charges or any other way would be much appreciated

Yes we do ship to Kenya and we can ship in anyway you desire. The only issue is customs in Kenya, as long as they allow it to get through there’s no problem. Just request that we send it as a gift. The Lengthmaster is the most powerful tool for length, PERIOD! I have always felt that manual stretching is best but once I implemented the LM to basic stretching it changed everything. Now you can get unbelievable manual stretching with no slippage and the ability to do rolls in bundles and many other exercises. Plus it should be known that it also has a PowerAssist so all those fulcrum exercises can be done. The only other tool that I recommend for length in SRT is the SiliStretcher.

I have shipped to Kenya before. It needs to be down through the USPS to get there. DHL has issues with customs but USPS does not.
