Hey kingCobra, I think that penis extenders are great regarding creep. Creep is basically when the tissues fully relax during a period of stress and slowly increase beyond its elastic limit. So an extender is perfect to create this.

Hey plokter, sorry for the late response. I've been busy at work. Your routine looks pretty good. With the small rest time you have in between hanging sets make sure you check for numbness in your penis. Also between hanging sets stick your dick in a glass of warm water to reheat and keep circulation going. Also add some edging after your session is over to restore erection quality and penile heath to the stressed tissues.

As far as the ads at night go, becareful with that. I would actually advise against it because you don't want to risk starving your dick of oxgenated blood while you are sleeping. It would be terrible for you to wake up after 6-8 hours of sleep and find that your dick is black and blue and pretty much dead. There is plenty of hours during the day to achieve results. Other then that good routine dude and good luck with your gains.
