Preferably thick, right? Yes. So lets start.

These are basic girth exercises. However, they are too intense to do without a couple months of basic penis enlargement (especially jelqing) under your belt. They should not be done by beginners. Injuring your penis is no fun, so take your time with it!

Ok, so to begin with let's look at the anatomy of the penis.

In order to increase the girth of the penis, we must expand the large chambers of erectile tissue, or corpus cavernosa. In order to do this, you must force more blood into the chamber than is normally held there during erection. A basic way to do this, and one which I'm sure you've heard of, is jelqing. If you don't know what that is, PLEASE do not even attempt these exercises, as they are too intense for a newbie. Once you've become an experienced jelqer, you may want to add some of these exercises to your routine. Eventually you’ll want to focus on these more advanced methods more, but I would recommend still jelqing once or twice a week even then because of all the benefits it provides.

So, here they are, the backbone of girth exercises...

SQUEEZES

This should almost be self-explanatory. You squeeze your penis in such a way that you expand the corpus cavernosa. One such exercise is called a Uli, after the guy that invented it (Ulistretch). Another is called a Horse440 squeeze (also after the guy that invented it). These are my two favorites. A lot of people also do erect bends.

Note: before any penis enlargement session, especially girth work, you should warm up with a hot wrap. I use a sock filled with rice that I just stick in the microwave and heat for a minute, then wrap it around my whole package for 5-10 minutes.

1. Uli

This is a very easy exercise to do. It targets upper shaft girth and is very good for head size. You get an 80-100% erection (start off with less and get more intense as you need). Then, with a reverse OK grip (thumb and index finger at the base) squeeze as close to the base as you can, and then wrap the other fingers around progressively toward the head. This should push lots of blood into the upper shaft and head. If you're doing it right your head should swell up really big and get shiny. You should feel a fairly intense internal pressure from this. If you can, and I believe it’s easier for uncircumcised guys to do this, slide your hand forward some, increasing the pressure even more. Hold this for 10 seconds at first, but you will get to where you can hold it for up to a minute or more. This will add girth, but some people who do only Ulis for girth will get kind of a baseball bat effect, where the upper shaft is thicker than the mid and base.

2. Horse440 squeeze

This is one of my favorite girth exercises. It works similarly to the Uli, but targets the whole shaft. Get an 80-100% erection and with an OK grip squeeze as close to the base as you can. Flex your PC muscle (kegel) to get more blood in the shaft, until your head is swollen and shiny like in the Uli. Your penis should be at maximum engorgement. Now, this is the fun part. Take your other hand and squeeze all of the blood out of the head into the shaft, while keeping the base hand still very firmly clamped. DON'T SQUEEZE TOO HARD! You can hurt yourself very easily if you squeeze too hard. Just slowly squeeze until all of the blood from the head is in your shaft. You'll be able to feel how slowly you need to go because if you're doing it right this will cause some INTENSE internal pressure in your shaft. Your veins should really pop out and after holding this movement, your penis will become very dark from all of the blood. This is a good sign. But, if it gets cold or especially if it turns black (it shouldn't if you follow my instructions), definitely stop right there and don't do anymore that day or until it is healed. Once all of the head blood is in the shaft, hold for at least 10 seconds (more as you get more experienced).

3. Erect bends

Note: DO NOT try to do bends completely erect until you've been doing intense girth work for a while. You can cause serious damage if you rush into it too quickly.

For these you want to get about an 80% erection (higher level as you become more experienced). Take your penis in your hand, and simply bend it downwards, upwards, to the left, to the right, anyway you think of doing it. You should feel internal pressure while you do this. If you don't, you need to be a little bit more erect. You'll know when you're doing it right. These focus on specific areas of the corpus cavernosa. Bending down or up will create more width. Bending to the right will create more 'depth' on the left side and vice versa. These are simple to do and very effective for stretching the tunica, which is what surrounds the corpus cavernosa. By stretching the tunica in this way, you create more room for the chambers to expand outward, creating more girth.



You can mix these exercises up within a session if you wish. After about 20-30 minutes of these, your penis should be very thick.

After any of these girth sessions you will probably get tiny red spots all over your penis. This is absolutely normal. After a few weeks of this, your penis will get used to this pressure and will not get so many red spots. You may also experience some slight discoloration. If you do, wait for it to heal before you do another session. I wouldn't recommend doing these any more than one 30 minute session every other day. This will be plenty to make your penis grow substantially, but not so much that you will be overtraining.

Now you have the tools you need to add some serious girth and width to your penis. But remember, DO NOT try any of these until you have done basic penis enlargement exercises for at least a month or more. Done right, there is no danger.
 
Excellent old thread with lots of good advice. He was a good member, and he found god, and wanted his account removing which is why you cannot click the username anymore.
 
Oh I hope it brings German Stallion back because he is the master on Perrone’s disease and we’re really going to focus on this. I hope this bump brings him back and we can start working together again.
