Im 39 years old my diet and exercise is ok. 5 foot 6 inches and 165 lbs. I PE 5 times a week now 2 days off.


My problem is that I cant seem to go extra rounds with the wife. My EQ is great no problems there. Morning wood is good. Before getting it on its rock hard. But after I blow the load, I can not seem to get hard again for another round. I try to Kegel while im on top of her and nothing.


Am I over training? Or is this normal in my age?
I’m taking multivitamins and 1000 mg of arginine L once a day. I do about 200-300 Kegel muscles exercises with my routines.


Like I have the cardio to keep going but my little guy wont get hard. And its really embarrassing. Am I missing a supplement or is it that age?

I really don’t want to turn to Viagra or prescription meds. I have tried the Titan pills a few minutes before going at it with my partner. They seem to help before going at it. But after , I cannot seem to get hard enough to penetrate.

Please any advice will help
 
not being trite, but welcome to 'middle age' :) maybe make the one 'shot' more of a journey and you'l possibly not miss the MSOG (or opt for 1/4-1/2 of a 100mg Vitamin V for those 'special' nights?)

Your average guy, if he's honest has the same issue. It's normal "refractory" time. Some men need more down time between ejaculations than others. If it's that big of an issue to you, you might explore meds like viagra or cialis. Generics work just as well for a fraction of the cost.

And are many times much stronger than their brand name counterparts. I know the the generic V I get from alldaychemist is so much stronger than real Viagra. And price? You can get Viagra today for under .80¢ a pill! Back in the day I was paying $15.00 a pill!

What you are describing is perfectly normal. But in order for l-arginine to have any pro-sexual benefits you're going to need to bump the dosage way, way up. Your body will consume 1000 mgs in a matter of minutes and have very little effect on nitric oxide levels. I would recommend at minimum that you take 5000 mg per day for maintenance and an additional 5000-10,000 mgs an hour or so before 'game time'. Make sure you're taking free-form l-arginine. It's also important that you take it on an empty stomach. But taking that many 1000 mg capsules is not only a hassle but will 'break the bank'. Look for a powdered formula. I recommend CardioForLife. It contains 5 grams of l-arginine per serving as well as B-complex, antioxidants and plant sourced trace minerals. It also contains l-citrulline which fuels nitric oxide production as well.

Change your game up a bit. Focus entirely on her. Give her extra long foreplay sessions and shoot for at least 2 or 3 orgasms before penetration. She'll be begging you to give it to her. Pace yourself and strive to give her another couple orgasms. This will take the pressure off of feeling the need to go extra rounds. But if you do decide to try for another round, go right back to focusing on her again. Hit all her erogenous zones. But DO NOT even think about your erection. You cannot 'will' an erection. Keep your head out of it and let nature take its course.

I would say you are normal. I would like to say that I can go 3 or 4 times but it would be a lie. Maybe when I was a lot younger but not now.
