    so I'm having a problem with all day clamping. I tried to get my penis to be about 50 to 60 percent erect and then put on my clamp. however when I do that it only I still lose engorgement. I try not to make the clamp as tight as I do when doing clamping excercises, but the I lose engorgement. Help?

    I just have to break my routine down. I do my girth work in the morning generally. Length I do throughout the day with Lazy stretches and I do my length routine before I shower. I live with my parents and 5 siblings. I have a job and class as well. Just gotta be creative and think outside the box

    Gains From The Original Noobie Routine

    I've been doing the noobie routine for about a week and a half and I've already gained 1/4" in length and possibly more in girth. I do it daily to the T except for my jelqs. I jelq for 20 minutes and the last 5 I do SSJs. Seen some awesome gains man you should definitely do it.
