    Hey all. Wow time flys. Things look good here as usual. Have not been following the routine all that often buy I like to drop in and see who is new and who has fallen off the wagon. Hope everyone is well. :cool:

    Yeah I remember you slay... good to see you are still working the gains man. I still spend most of my time at CC. I really like this site though. Still have not heard anything from DLD. Waxn brought me over to this forum. I still mod at CC and really enjoy the layout of the forums there...
