I am an avid bodybuilder. gym id say 5 times a week. the thing ive found to work that muscle area the most would be squats. DEEP squats. and of course allthough ytou cant spot reduce she will get tighter in that area from the increase in muscle. diet is the thing she may have to change.
wow thanks for all the replies and information people:). so far i have not made any gains but my measurments are 6.5 bpel and 7.25 bpfl. i will keep at it until i get these gains!!
okay so ive been at this for 1 months on the mattersofsize program but have not yet noticed any gains although i am confident they will start comming soon. how long does it usually take do you think dld?
i completely aggree with this theory. i developed a habit of squeezing the base of my dick everytime i masterbated because i like the blood flow or somethin and im starting at 6 inches girth.unfortunetly my length is only 5.5 but i will have to change that
