I think the ultimate ADS would something like this. Bell (if we call it that) like the vacxtender 4.2 in different sizes so can get a good fit to the glands. No need for extra vacuum if the bell fir the glands its not needed for ADS. To much vacuum can hurt the glands making it hard to use...

This company is a joke. There is no reason at all for the insane delivery times they have. You got a package faster in 1813 then from these guys in 2013.
