Realistically how long would it take to gain 1" in length and 0.5" in girth just from using the Bathmate (including stretches), SSJ, wet jelq's and horse squeeze's?

Well girth is my main priority, but if i can add a little length in the process then hell why not! Also I've noticed a lot of new veins appearing and veins that were there before have become a lot more prominent, is this normal?
