I do pretty much the same thing as you. I take two oral doses of about 400IU daily (got to be careful to not OD, I know), and coat my dick with Palmer's stretch mark cream, which has vit. E, elastin, and other goodies, three times a day (when I get up, after a workout, and before bed).

I stretch every day and do girth every other day, usually. A lot of times I'll have a hard on that won't quit, so I'll get in a few girth sessions in a row. In any event, I haven't noticed a negative effect on my girth from daily stretching. I also ADC and use a cock ring, for your info.
