going ok. still doing routine pumping-girth seems pretty good. manual stretching afterwards- not so much change.
about 6.5 in 2" tube @5Hg. so a little, but slow!

Thanks for the wrapping tip @DLD i always started at the top and worked to the base. I think your suggestion will perhaps provide a better elongation for healing!

As an alternative to the sleeves, ace bandage sold at local drug stores, etc. I use the elastic version with Velcro tab to hold closed. Reusable... I think it’s 3”x5’ or so, so I cut into two pieces (length) and have two to use.

You echo my thoughts completely. After exercising my cock is always soft with no firmness to it... the exact time your supposed to focus on extended elongation. I have a couple of sleeves and want to use them as I think they would give the best extended stretch. However I revert back to ace...
Nice!! I think something to consider is definitely some tutorial on how to place on penis. I like the product...superior ADS, but have struggled getting it on...unless erect which is difficult after an intense workout. Think about it... I’m sure it would further increase sales... just a thought.

I’d say I spend an hour or so per day doing PE. Warm ups, bundles, newbies followed by wrapping fir about 45 -60 min in the AM and the 15-30 min through out the day. Rest of time try...
