I don't really get excess fluid buildup now. Used to get it in the starting. Just slightly around the skin on glans( I am uncircumcised). It gets normal after half a day or so. Is fluid buildup considered bad?

I did some PE in 2011 and gained about 0.25 inches in girth during that time. I was ~7.5BPEL ~5.20 EG about 1.5 months ago and since then have again started PE. I am mainly going for girth. I am satisfied with my length. I do not clamp very tightly, as in there is enough room for me too take...
