Well. My schedule got threw off. Kids were off school all last week. So I couldn't do my routine. And today I had to get new tires. So I could only do 1 set of bundles for 20 minutes. But on the positive side, I hit 7inches in the X30 tnite.

Then 20 minutes bundled 1 complete 360.
Straight up. Straight down.
Reversing bundled direction, every 5 minutes.
Remove LM. 5-10 minutes rest.
