I'm of 56 years and have a NBPEL (measuring from top of my fat pad?) of 5 1/2 x 5 1/4, it's always really good, solid and stays up for a long time, maybe due to me being physically fit by doing a mix of strength and endurance training, not being a smoker or drinker. Tried x4 some years back, but...
