    What I mean is why manual stretch downward and gain an inch instead of hanging and gaining a inch in length plus added base girth . That's base girth you won't be able to get back from stretching.

    Manually stretching downward focuses on the ligs and hanging downward also focuses on the ligs but with added base girth. The ligs can only be stretched so far so my question is why would anyone manually stretch when they can hang. Wouldn't they be missing out on base girth? I understand manual...
