    I also use mine for the phallosan and clamping, also I have cut a 3/4" piece for keeping expansion while using my bathmate, and leave that on for a couple hours after. They come in 8" lengths so you can make whatever you want with it.

    I'd agree, keeping the fatigue is what yields gains, and there are different ways to go about it. I'm saying that short and intense workouts leave you more succeptible to injury, especially when first starting out. Slow and steady increases in intensity tends to avoid issues.

    Try to wear the belt as high on your hips as possible, it will give you the most consistent tension. Putting it on while seated will get you right where you want to be, and the tension won't get goofy when you go from standing to sitting.
