I only hold the uli's for about a second or so. Should i hold it longer? When i do them i see head expansion.
I didnt know the side stretches were that important! Should i do the rotaries or just implement side stretches?

Ive been wondering if what im doing as a routine is actually worth something and that im not under/overdoing anything..
I've been noticing a longer flaccid and harder erections, but beyond that nearly no erect length and no girth gains.

3x 1min stretch straight down...
At the manual stretching bit, you say: "3 sets of each stretch below".
Do you mean, do the whole thing your wrote below that 3 times?
Or were those 3 sets already implemented?
