Yeah, I'd give it a short break. Stretching is pretty rough on the tissue in your penis. If you're doing "intense stretches" every day, your body may need a few days of rest once in a while. Get back to normal, and then start again. The tissue healing is what makes P.E work, so it won't hurt...
I'm sore everywhere. My skin feels sensitive because I've been stretching, and when I hold for 30-ish seconds it starts to hurt. I gave up and went to bed last night, so I'll give it another go tonight.
