Ultrasound never worked for me.
I used US Pro 2000 (1MHz, 1.6W/cm2).
Tried different durations and forces with and without additional exercises, but the tiny temporary gains after a workout never came permanent.
I have been doing PE for a little over a year. It includes 700 hours in an extender, and 4 months doing manual + pumping + ADS. During those 4 months I have gained nothing.
Currently my manual force is around 2.5 to 7kg, and ADS is 1 to 2kg (2-9 hours daily), which doesn't seem to give any...

I just found out about bundled stretches and sock hook stretches. They are extremely effective at building fatigue in the shaft and can be combined!
But I see that the fatigue persist throughout the next morning and the next day. There is no way I can do more of those intense manual stretches...
