I see a lot of people loose their max or heavy lifts in their initial moments after unracking the weight. They hesitate in the desent holding the weight at an extended position for too long and then basically doing a negitive rep on the way down. Im not saying desend w/o control or to bounce...

Bud, it looks like you got a good grip on what you are doing. Dont skip those abs. No reason to over think this thing, its just not that scientific. Consistency, progressive resistance, eat and rest well. Oh yeah, one other thing---------get a tan for crying out loud---------ha ha

I used peg 400 on mine and it hasnt worked too well. I dont really understand the Molecular Weight thing. Maybe peg 600 would work better. I wish I knew, then I could just buy peg 600 for all my cooking.
