I did some clamping a few years ago, i padded a cable clamp with that foam material for foot blisters, dr. Scholls or something, it worked pretty well. I didn't mean erect clamping, I just meant after a bathmate session, to keep the expansion as long as possible. Cheers

I haven't, but I've been doing an hour in my x40. Only like once a week unfortunately, but the expansion is insane and lasts a couple days. I gotta dig my cable clamp out of storage to get some clamping going after the sessions. Cheers

I got a great seal once I removed the comfort pad. Also, someone in another thread advised me to fill the bathmate with water first and then insert the comfort pad if you really don't want to go without it. So that's another option. Cheers

I have a shower strap that works great, it goes over the top of the bathmate and the other end around your neck. You can also adjust the length of the strap. This frees up your hands once you pump a few times. I think bathmate sells these straps. Cheers

Everyones bodies are different shapes, best to try as many as possible! And be patient- there is definitely a learning curve. It took me about 20-30 minutes of attaching and reattaching, adjusting etc., before I got a good seal and fit. Cheers

I finally got to use the X40 (I ordered last week) today for the first time, and -holy shit! Its awesome! It took me a while fenagling around to get a good seal, but once I did the expansion was insane! The trick for me was removing the comfort seal insert - before I did, i kept getting air...

The hercules gave me crazy expansion until i grew out of it. The goliath has pretty good pressure too but i think i wanna try an x40, see what kind of fit it is. Anyone have experience with a goliath and an x40? Differences? Preference?
