Dld i went to log in and i entered my info and it would let me in? I went back and check my email where u sent me my info when i join awhile ago and i entered the right stuff. But it still didnt work can u help me out?
i have just started up and did phase one stretching today. I had to stop half way due to me constinetly get a semi-erection. The Session was running to long, so thats why i stoped. Dos anyone have a advice how to fight these semi-erects? Also what do u think is the best warm up, i tried the hot...
So then would u think, it would be cool if i mast. before every strecth sessin im on a 7 on 0 off shedule, or would that be bad for my gains, DLD whats your opinon on this?
