since i been lifting i noticed some stretch marks on my biceps and my shoulders.
is the reason im gettin these is cause im not eating right and im lifting or not cause i know alot of muscular people who dont have stretch marks. so any ideas why im gettin these would be useful

be careful when going over a gallon
becuase drinking water is good but drinking too much is bad it washes out your electrolytes so be careful if you go over 1
